How do I get the information for the website to you?

While the CMS system is there to assist and help you manage minor amendments to your website major changes to design or stylinh or outside of the CMS use will be invoiced for additional services.

Do you take copies of the site?

Once a website is completed and built we’ take a final copy of the site for offline storage, your hosting account will automatically backup the site every 24 hours for data security. With all sites we supply, on request, a backup for you to take your own personal copy of the website to ensure data integrity and your own peace of mind (so that you have a copy of the whole website in your possession.) Although we have our own server storage facility it should be noted that these backups should not be relied upon, and you are responsible for and should be taking and storing your own backups on a remote host or locally on your computer/CD/DVD/Usb or other storage media.
